Shift: Monday – Friday, core hours are 8:30am-5:00pm

The applications analyst will strive to exceed customer expectations by providing leadership to the company’s technology platform. This role will be responsible for administration, maintenance, and support of cross functional software platforms. In addition, this position will serve in both a technical and analytical role while supporting business process improvement projects and application implementations. You will participate in change management planning to focus on minimizing adverse impacts and maximizing enterprise values. The applications analyst will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Familiarity with a variety of industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures is required.
Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Analyze, design, document, and implement new applications, in accordance with company needs and policies.
- Coordinate application enhancements for existing systems.
- Act as Tier 2/Tier 3 support for assigned applications (e.g., CRM, WMS, eCommerce, HRIS, BI tools)
- Perform configuration changes, minor enhancements, and defect remediation across applications
- Troubleshoot and document incidents, recommend solutions, initiate corrective actions through the lifetime of the incident.
- Work with cross functional teams to build and maintain process-flow documentation.
- Administer and configure NetSuite, i.e. roles/permissions, custom fields, forms, saved searches, workflows, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards.
- Participate in projects as team member or leader, as required.
- Provide technical advice on risk analysis and change control issues.
- Provide elevated support to our customers and teams by working diligently to complete work in a timely manner.
- Other duties as required to support department operations.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (3 – 5 years) preferred.
- Experience managing SaaS/PaaS applications preferred.
- Experience working with CRM/ERP software, NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a cloud infrastructure preferred.
- Experience with code development desired.

Compensation and Benefits
Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE.
