Job Description
SealPros is a leader in the Asphalt Paving and Maintenance industry, and our seasonal employees are eligible for benefites all year! The Equipment Operator must safely operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in hauling base course and final base course grades of various construction projects. This is a seasonal position.
Essential Job Functions
- Operate the follow equipment: Asphalt Paver, Asphalt Screed, Steel Faced Roller, Oil Distributor Truck and other various commercial equipment as needed
- Work as team to keep projects on schedule
- Must be able to read and understand construction plans
- May occasionally be assigned to other responsibilities
Requirements
- Experience in asphalt paving preferred
- Valid Driver’s license required
- CDL Class A or B preferred, or we will help you get it!
- Able to work overtime - expectation of 40+ hours, including weekends as required
- Must be dependable with reliable transportation to and from work
- Maintain accurate timecards and job paperwork
- Follow safety guidelines and company policy
- Some heavy lifting - minimum of 50lbs
