Assistant Body Shop Manager and Estimator

Full-time

On-site: Mitchell, SD

Base Pay + Commission- $60,000- $80,000

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing accurate vehicle inspections and creating detailed repair estimates.
• Provide detailed and clear communication to customers via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Acts as a liaison to seamlessly communicate between customers, coworkers, and insurance companies.
• Assist with estimates, invoicing, and compliance with safety/OSHA regulations.
• Provide support to the body shop manager as needed.
• Provides assistance to the rental department.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a body shop is preferred, but not required.

• Must be proficient in the use of estimating software.
• Must possess strong attention to detail.
• Customer Service skills are a must.
• A positive attitude and high effort are a must.
• Ability to solve problems
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
