Job Description
Work directly with Owner and General Manager
Supervise 4 to 8 crew members
$16 to $18 per hour
No late hours Close at 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday /
8:00 pm on Sunday
No grease, no fryers, no grills, no flattops
Will be trained in all aspects of business:
running meat slicer
baking bread and cookies
management duties and computer use (sales and accounting
Uniforms provided (polo Shirts and hats/visor)
