Assistant Preschool Teacher

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is an enthusiastic team player and has a passion for children. The Assistant Teacher will support, collaborate with, and follow the direction of the Lead Teacher to meet the emotional and developmental needs of the children in their care who will range in age from 3-5 years old.

Implementing daily lesson plans, promoting a Christ-centered atmosphere and behavior management are some of the various responsibilities associated with this position. We offer competitive pay depending on education and experience.

This is a full time position with the hours of 9:30-5:30 Monday-Friday. Vision and dental insurance are covered for benefit eligible employees. Health insurance is also offered to benefit eligible employees with CCC covering 80% of the individual health insurance premium.

Job Requirements

We are looking for qualified candidates that possess at least 2+ years of previous experience in a child care or educational setting. A strong faith and desire to be part of a Christ centered ministry that reaches out to families in need is required.
