Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Underground Utilities Construction)
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Pay: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Step into a hands-on role supporting underground utility and grading projects across the Sioux Falls area. This position is ideal for someone early in their construction career who wants exposure to full project lifecycles.

What You’ll Do

• Support management of water, sewer, storm, and grading projects
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and engineers
• Monitor progress and help keep projects on schedule
• Participate in site visits and inspections
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Assist with GPS coordination and layout processes

• Interest or experience in construction project coordination
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Comfortable working in both field and office settings
• Valid driver’s license
