Job Description
General Description: This individual will be delivering customer service and sales assistance both at the front counter and over the phone during business hours. Applicants should be personable and have the ability to prioritize customer service. Experience in the animal health industry with products, feed, nutrition and procedures, particularly with cattle is preferred. In addition, ideal candidates will be proficient with computers and various technology or be willing and able to learn.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions regarding products and services provided by Sioux Nation
Management of a Till with Daily sales reporting
Track customer orders
Invoicing partner companies
Assisting Field Marketers with inventory questions
Partnering with Inside Sales and Warehouse on shipping/receiving needs
Communicate effectively with management about inventory needs
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in the animal health industry preferred, but not required.
Must have basic office and customer service skills
Willing to follow direction and be part of a team
May be required to pass pre-employment physical as position requires bending, stooping, standing for hours, pulling and lifting up to 50lbs. List not all inclusive.
