CEDAR VILLAGE MANAGER
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assisted Living Manager to manage and supervise our assisted living facility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, interacting with residents and their families, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations. The ideal candidate has a heart for serving a mental health population, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare administration.
The role of a manager is to ensure the provision of quality care for our residents while promoting an engaging, safe, and nurturing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Overseeing the daily operations of Cedar Village to provide high-quality care to residents.
· Implementing policies and procedures that comply with state regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
· Supervising staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
· Assisting staff in problem solving for optimum effectiveness and resident satisfaction.
· Coordinating healthcare services for residents
· Ensuring that residents receive the care and services they need.
· Coordinating all programs, services and activities to ensure compliance with state regulations.
· Managing daily activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and social events.
· Acting as a liaison between families and the facility.
· Assessing the needs of prospective residents and coordinating their admission
· Arranging for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility
· Ensuring that the facility maintains a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
Qualifications

Organizational and time-management skills
Degree in healthcare administration, health and human services or relevant field
