Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Saturday rotation

About the Role
Ensures the efficient accurate management of cash for ATMs by coordinating cash orders, monitoring cash levels, and reconciling interactions. Verifies data, supports customer service, and maintains compliance with operational procedures to ensure timely and accurate cash replenishment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitors ATM cash levels daily to ensure machines have sufficient funds to meet customer demand. Identifies ATMs nearing low balance thresholds and takes proactive steps to initiate cash orders or replenishment.
- Performs essential data entry and verification tasks related to ATM cash operations, including entering cash order requests into ATM management systems, coordinating with banks to initiate cash orders, and organizing courier services for cash delivery.
- Reconciles expected versus actual cash balances by verifying courier reports, bank deposits, and system data.
- Validates financial transactions such as cash pickups and deliveries, ensuring they match movement records and bank statements. Follows established procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
- Generates ad-hoc reports to support internal teams and customers, including reports of specific ATMs, customer accounts, cash balances, or transaction histories.
- Delivers professional, courteous service in all interactions, primarily via phone or email. Follows through on commitments, ensuring tasks are completed on time as promised to the customer. Promptly addresses customer inquiries or concerns and ensures the customer is fully satisfied with the resolution.
- Maintains availability during assigned on-call periods, approximately one to two weekends per month. Responds to courier requests for one-time use access codes required to access certain types of ATM locks.
- Identifies and escalates operational issues, cash discrepancies, or service disruptions to senior staff or management in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications
- Works at an intermediate level to understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard office packages to support business processes.
- Works at a basic level to assimilate and understand data and information from various sources in order to draw appropriate conclusions and make relevant recommendations.
- Works at an intermediate level to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans by means of clear and effective verbal communications.
- Works at an intermediate level to acquire, organize, protect and process data in order to fulfill business objectives.
- Works at an intermediate level to determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making. Typically works with guidance.
- A minimum of a two-year degree is preferred, ideally in a related field such as Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- A minimum of one year of experience in banking, customer relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced computing skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
