THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversees a variety of review and assurance projects from initial planning to final deliverables, ensuring work is organized, accurate, and completed on schedule.
- Acts as a main point of contact for clients, explaining findings in clear terms and offering practical suggestions that strengthen financial processes.
- Guides and supports team members by assigning tasks, coaching their development, and helping maintain a positive, well-coordinated workflow.
- Keeps up with evolving professional practices, researches complex questions when needed, and helps refine internal methods to improve consistency and quality.
- Assists leadership with growth efforts, including preparing materials for prospective work and representing the firm in client and community settings.
