Abra Auto Body & Glass is hiring a Body Shop Glass Estimator & CSR to support our growing collision repair and auto glass operations.
If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy working in a busy automotive environment, and are highly organized and detail-oriented, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the auto body industry.

Your day will be a mix of customer interaction, coordination, and organization:
- Start your morning by reviewing the schedule and setting up the day’s glass repair appointments
- Greet customers as they arrive and help guide them through the repair process
- Answer calls and assist customers with questions, quotes, and insurance claims
- Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs running smoothly and on time
- Stay on top of paperwork, payments, and data entry throughout the day
- Wrap up by ensuring all files are complete and the office is organized for the next day
Key Responsibilities
- Provide auto glass estimates for windshields, rock chips, and replacements
- Schedule and coordinate daily glass repair appointments
- Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with insurance claims and repair processes
- Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate data entry in dealership management systems (DMS)
- Track and manage accounts receivable and insurance payments
- Ensure all repair orders and paperwork are complete and compliant
- Support front office operations and maintain a clean, professional workspace
- Collaborate with technicians, estimators, and management to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in auto body, collision repair is a plus but not necessary
