We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, detailed individual to join our team! This position consists of auto body repair on automobiles as well as heavy-duty diesel.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with overtime available.

Job Summary
The Collision Repair Technician is responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using approved methods, tools, and safety procedures. This role is a mix of mechanical work, artistic skill, and problem-solving. In addition, it requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced repair environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on vehicles, including body, frame, and panel repairs
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as required for proper repair
- Repair or replace damaged body parts, panels, and components
- Measure and align vehicle frames and structures using approved equipment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards
- Document repair work and communicate progress with estimators and supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety regulations and shop procedures
- Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Collision Repair Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and materials
- Ability to read and understand repair estimates and manufacturer guidelines
- Proficiency with frame machines, welding equipment, and repair tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- I-CAR certification or equivalent training
- ASE certification
- Experience working with multiple vehicle makes and models
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment
- Ability to work in a shop environment with noise, fumes, and chemicals
Work Environment
- Repair shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, and automotive chemicals
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
