Auto Glass (Office) - Inside Sales Representative

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Auto Glass Office (ISR) to be a driving force behind our automotive glass operations. You’ll be the go-to person for customers, technicians, and daily auto glass operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Sell auto glass services, convert inquiries into scheduled jobs, follow up on estimates
- Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow for technicians
- Order auto glass and materials from suppliers
- Track inventory and ensure timely delivery of parts
- Prepare work orders and maintain accurate job records
- Plan and map mobile technician routes for efficiency
- Handle billing, payments, and basic office administration
- Communicate with insurance companies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, office administration, dispatching, or sales
- Strong phone presence and ability to close sales
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and office equipment
- Automotive and/or auto glass knowledge is preferred (we will train the right person)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits:
Health insurance, holidays, paid vacation, 401K after first year. Excellent compensation $20-$22/hour (DOE) plus annual bonus based on performance.
