Automotive Accelerated Technician

Vern Eide Acura is hiring a motivated Automotive Accelerated Technician who wants to learn about fixing cars. We have a great team to help train the right candidate. Qualities we are looking for are dependability, willingness to learn, fun-loving, and being a team player. Experience is not required, but a plus! Top pay for applicants with the right attitude and strong work ethic!! This is a part-time position that pays $17/ hour.
Automotive Accelerated Technicians’ Duties:
- Mechanical inspections of automobiles, changing fluids, and rotating tires
- Communicating clearly and efficiently with coworkers and the service advisor
- Creating videos that show the customer's final inspection details
- Other mechanically related repairs
- Keeps a clean shop area and handles tools safely and respectfully.
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
