Next2New Automotive Sales & Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. What You'll Do
As our Automotive Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Present financing and leasing options to customers
- Guide customers through the financing approval process
- Structure automotive finance deals while maximizing profitability
- Sell finance and insurance products, including:
- Extended warranties
- Vehicle service contracts
- GAP protection
- Protection packages
- Aftermarket products
- Review and evaluate customer credit applications
- Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and lender regulations
- Prepare and accurately process financing paperwork
- Submit deals to lenders and secure financing approvals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners
- Work closely with the sales team to improve deal flow and closing ratios
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience
Qualifications
Required
- Previous Automotive Finance Manager or F&I Manager experience
- Strong understanding of automotive lending and finance processes
- Proven ability to structure and close profitable deals
- Experience selling F&I products and protection plans
- Knowledge of lender programs and credit analysis
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
Preferred
- High-volume dealership experience
- Track record of exceeding finance and product penetration goals
- Experience training or mentoring sales professionals
- Knowledge of compliance and dealership regulations
Schedule
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Full-time position
