Dakota Digital, a leading automotive gauge and electronics manufacturer is looking for a motivated individual to join our Sales and Customer Service team. The person in this position will spend the better portion of the day entering orders, following up on orders and communicating with customers via email and telephone. This position is not one of a high-stress sales position, but rather one of support and providing information, although it can be fast paced with a varying workload.
Job responsibility includes but not limited to:
Entering and processing orders via phone and email for individual customers and large volume wholesalers.
Assisting customers with proper product selections.
Data entry.
Basic troubleshooting for customers in the field.
Assisting with various Sales and Marketing projects.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School degree or GED minimum.
Self-motivated.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Work closely with others.
Strong communication skills over the phone or email while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.
Able to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
Basic computer skills with an understanding of business software, MS office and email.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Automotive background is preferred.
