What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in automotive service leadership, or 1+ year as a proven service manager.
- Strong technical automotive knowledge and the ability to guide others.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- A natural problem-solver with excellent communication and people skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Dealership experience preferred

Schedule
- Monday - Friday with occasional weekends as needed
