Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician with a strong focus on the repair, maintenance, and diagnostics of European, Classic and Exotic vehicles.
Our shop specializes in a wide range of premium, European, Classic, Exotic, and high-performance vehicles, including:
Porsche • Audi • Volkswagen • BMW • Mercedes-Benz • Land Rover • Jaguar • Alfa Romeo • Maserati • Ferrari • Lamborghini and more.
Position Responsibilities
Diagnostics
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using universal and brand-specific diagnostic hardware and software.
• Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the appropriate repair procedures.
• Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and technical resources to efficiently identify problems.
Maintenance & Repair
• Perform factory-scheduled maintenance and inspections.
• Perform major repairs involving engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, and other vehicle systems as required.
• Complete repairs to a high standard with careful attention to quality and detail.
Inspection & Documentation
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections.
• Clearly document diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and completed work.
• Maintain accurate and thorough repair documentation.
Communication
• Clearly communicate technical findings and recommended repairs to the Service Advisor and/or customer.
• Work closely with the Service Advisor and shop team to ensure efficient completion of repairs.
Candidate Requirements
• Professional automotive repair experience, with a heavy focus on European, Classic and Exotic vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems.
• Ability to utilize modern diagnostic tools and interpret electrical schematics.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous computer experience, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar programs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to problem solve.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• Must provide your own professional automotive tools.
