Union Pizza & Smash – Line Cook

Union Pizza & Smash is hiring Line Cooks to join our opening kitchen team. Team members will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preparing pizzas, fried appetizers, garlic knots, sandwiches, and other menu items while maintaining quality, consistency, cleanliness, and speed during service.

Responsibilities include dough handling, pizza building, fryer operation, stocking and maintaining stations, following recipes and prep standards, cleaning, and working together as a team during busy shifts. Experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train motivated individuals with strong work ethic and positive attitude.

We are looking for dependable team players who can stay organized, communicate well, and perform under pressure. Nights and weekends are required.
