Job Description
As a Bank Teller-Customer Service Representative at Frontier Bank, you will become a trusted member of our banking team and work daily with our customers to assit them with their financial transactions and service requests. You will build relationships with our customers and become a valuable team member able to problem solve and accurately find answers to their questions. Team members in this role will peform a variety of banking tasks such as: taking deposits, processing customer loan payments, opening new accounts, and assisting customers with banking technology; including remote deposit capture, online banking, and online account opening applications.
Work Hours
We are looking to hire part time and/or full time staff to fill these hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm (on rotation.)
Training
Training for this role will come in a variety of settings including: mentoring, job shadowing, online training, and independent reading. All new staff members receive a 90 day performance review.
Job Requirements
A qualifed candidate will have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; six to twelve months of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on your prior work experience. Hourly wage review after 90 day training period.
