Join our team! We are getting ready for a busy summer season at the Club. We have immediate openings for individuals who are committed to elevating our members’ experience to fill the position of a Part-Time or Full-Time Bartender.
Moccasin Creek Country Club is seeking help in their newly remodeled Clubhouse. We are looking for driven, hungry individuals to join the team as a Bartender/Beverage Cart Staff in our fast casual restaurant Maddox or our private golf course. The minimum age requirement is 21 years old at the start of employment. We would prefer a minimum of 2 years of previous restaurant experience and at least 1 year serving alcohol.
Your Role:
We are currently seeking a Bartender/Beverage Cart Associate to join and contribute to the success of Moccasin Creek by creating positive experiences for every guest who visits by being welcoming, friendly, attentive, and efficient during each dining engagement for excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Treating each member and their guests with fast, professional, and friendly service
- Being efficient and being able to multi-task in high volume environment.
- Product knowledge. Learning and knowing multiple food and beverage menus in detail to ensure correct ordering and to be able to correctly answer any questions made by members on product
- Having knowledge of responsible alcohol serving outlined by Club’s requirements and local laws
- Perform other duties or tasks assigned by manager based on business needs
- Will have a minimum of 2 weeks of paid training
Qualifications/Skills:
- 21+ years of age
- Being efficient enough to work in a high volume and challenging environment
- Comfortable engaging with the public
- Passionate about serving others
- Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience
- Being able to communicate effectively during guest interactions
- Being a dependable team member that will show up for all scheduled shifts
- You must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, days, late nights, and holidays
Physical & Environmental Demands:
- Able to lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds
- Able to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills
- Must be able to stand, walk and be mobile during the entire shift, including stairs, inclines, and declines
- Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shifts
- Comfortable working in loud, distracting environments
- Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced restaurant under pressure
