BBQ Kitchen & Restaurant Team Member 4 days on 3 days off

The Smoked Culture is looking for a dependable, experienced team member who can do a little bit of everything.

This is a full-time position for someone who is comfortable working in the kitchen but can also jump up front when needed. We’re a small, locally owned BBQ restaurant, so everyone pitches in and no two days look exactly the same.

Schedule
Wednesday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–8:30 PM
Full-time | $20/hour | 3 days off every week

Why this position is different:
Work four consistent days each week and have Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off. No constantly changing restaurant schedule.

Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–8:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Hours: Approximately 40–42 hours/week

Responsibilities include:

• Kitchen prep and working the line
• Trimming and preparing meats for the smokers
• Slicing and portioning smoked meats
• Cleaning and maintaining smokers
• Food prep, dishes and general kitchen cleaning
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Helping with opening and closing duties
• Floating to the front of house when needed
• Taking orders and helping guests
• Keeping things moving during busy services

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, comfortable staying busy and willing to jump in wherever needed. Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, and experience with BBQ or smoked meats is a plus, but we can train the right person.

Full-time | $20/hour
