Duties
• Assist the team in Implementing evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior change.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress, under the supervision of our BCBA
Qualifications
• Current credential of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to commit to training- Preference will be given to those with the credential at this time.
• HS diploma
• Pass all background checks
• Driver's license and reliable car
• Be able to meet the physical expectations of the position including moving from standing to seated quickly and being able to push/pull 50 pounds.
