Overview

Our team with Aflac has recently been selected to operate a new agency in Sioux Falls, and we’re expanding. We are looking for driven professionals who want more than a job — they want autonomy, income growth, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on local businesses and their employees.

As a Benefits Consultant, you’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to design and implement supplemental insurance programs that protect employees against the financial impact of unexpected illness and injury.

This is a performance-based opportunity with significant income upside and long-term renewal income.


What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and build relationships with small-to-mid-sized businesses

  • Conduct benefits reviews with owners and HR leaders

  • Present and enroll employees in voluntary supplemental insurance plans

  • Deliver ongoing service and annual account reviews

  • Develop referral partnerships within the business community

Compensation

Commission-based with renewals and bonus potential.
First-year income potential varies based on production and effort. Long-term residual income growth is a core part of this role.
