BIM/CAD Plumbing Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a full time Building Imaging Modeling Specialist with basic working knowledge of general construction, mechanical and plumbing.  Responsibilities will include the use of Revit, AutoCad and Navisworks or similar clash detection software. Preference will be given to someone with a good working knowledge of the construction industry although training is available for the right person.
This position will involve working directly with the design build staff to create realistic plumbing and heating models for the construction industry.

Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite as well as exposure to some clash detection software.
Excellent benefits and pay is negotiable based on experience.

Preference to an engineer with a strong understanding of design build.
