HIRING RANGE DOQ: $23.14 - $25.03 hourly

JOB SUMMARY  

Perform semi-skilled and skilled duties related to municipal biosolids production and land application, including operating biosolids dewatering equipment, semi-tractor and trailer combinations, dump trucks, and equipment related to the hauling and spreading of biosolids on agricultural sites.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

Graduation from high school or GED certification with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in performing manual and semiskilled work in the operation of light and heavy agricultural equipment used in farming and construction-related activities or any such combination of education, experience, or training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority. Must possess a valid South Dakota Wastewater Operator’s Certificate within one year of hire.

Must possess or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (with no restrictions) with tanker and air brake endorsements.
