Longstanding Local Real-Estate Related Transaction Office
Due to an employee’s out of state relocation, we are looking to replace our bookkeeper (includes other office duties). This is a full time opening as part of our real estate transaction professionals team. We are not a sales office, are not a recruiter, and no cold calls, lead generating or prospecting is involved.
Duties would include general bookkeeping, invoicing, deposits, client inquiries about payments, refunds or miscellaneous matters. Other general office support duties would be included such as back up phone reception or scheduling, data entry or review/proofing, processing orders, document routing/logistics and occasional site inspections. Collaboration with coworkers and clients through regular in person, phone and email communication. Bookkeeping or real estate related experience preferred but not required. Must be able to work in a professional setting and function as a team player in a fast paced office setting. Competitive salary and benefits.
