Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic candidate to fill our Bookkeeper position.
This position is responsible for accounting duties such as: Financial Reporting, Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations, Tracking Fixed Assets, Sales, Use & Excise Taxes, IFTA, Account Collections, Bank Deposits, and other tasks as requested. They will also be responsible for administrative functions such as customer service, maintaining accurate company and employee files, and other duties as needed.
Job Requirements
Strong QuickBooks experience is required.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or like experience. Must be a reliable self starter, able to work independently, work well with others, have strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, able to maintain professionalism under pressure, maintain confidentiality and accountability.
