Our day shift works Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, and 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM on Friday! Overtime as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Operate press brake machine with assistance from Sr. Operator or Supervisor.
- Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
- Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.
- Checks height, depth, and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precision-measuring instruments.
- Produce parts for assembly operations.
- Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
- Program the CNC to produce new parts meeting specifications.
- Perform spot inspections of parts.
- Perform all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures.
- Complete and maintain paperwork.
- Identify assembly parts.
- Set up light gauge metal.
- Configure bend allowances for sheet metal (stainless, aluminum & regular steel).
- Ensure the machine is calibrated and cleaned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Standard memory, taking into consideration the amount and type of information. The work environment involves exposure to hazards or physical risks, requiring basic safety precautions. Work in this environment requires the use of safety glasses and work boots.
