Sentinel Federal Credit Union is hiring a motivated and member-focused Branch Manager / Financial Services Officer to lead branch operations while helping members achieve their financial goals. This role combines leadership, lending, and member service responsibilities, providing the opportunity to influence both the success of the branch and the experiences of the members we serve.

Pay Range
- Wage depends on direct experience, starting at a minimum of $64,022.00/year with flexibility DOE.

What You’ll Do
Lead daily branch operations and support a positive, productive, and member-focused work environment
Supervise, coach, and develop branch employees while supporting performance, training, and accountability
Assist members with consumer loan applications, account services, and financial solutions that meet their needs
Build strong member relationships by providing exceptional service and resolving questions or concerns in a timely manner
Ensure branch compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, regulations, and security requirements
Support teller operations, cash controls, and branch balancing procedures while maintaining operational integrity
Monitor staffing needs, coordinate branch resources, and promote collaboration across teams
Identify opportunities to improve branch performance, member experience, and operational efficiency
Who You Are
At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
Minimum of three years of direct experience in a financial institution required
Previous leadership, supervisory, or team development experience preferred
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with member-facing service and lending activities Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information appropriately
Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
