We are a growing financial institution in SW MN and seeking to add a branch manager to our Windom, MN branch! Our hours are Monday – Friday because we understand the importance of having your weekends free for family and friends! As Branch Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic plans, inspire a high-performing team, and cultivate strong member relationships. As a valuable member of the management team, your opinions and ideas for growth are respected and matter. You will track and report business development activities while analyzing opportunities to increase the membership base. College degree preferred and/or 3-4 years of related experience within the financial institution industry.
