THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Lead and manage branch staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, coaching, and disciplinary action.
- Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and achievement of departmental goals and budgets.
- Drive branch growth through marketing, community involvement, new business development, and meeting sales goals.
- Maintain proficiency in account opening, consumer lending, and customer service to support deposit, loan, and account services.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, audit procedures, system usage, and overall branch security and daily operations.
