Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Building Construction Drafter with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with have a keen eye for detail, solid technical expertise, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate construction drawings that support diverse project types, including commercial, agricultural, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction drawings, plans, and 3D models using Revit.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes and project requirements.
• Maintain drafting standards and ensure compliance with industry codes and company guidelines.
• Assist in preparing documentation for permits and construction submittals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience using Revit in a construction or architectural drafting role.
• Experience working on Commercial, Agricultural, or Industrial projects preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Construction Technology, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
