Job Description
Safely and courteously, operate lift-equipped vehicles to transport elderly and/or disabled persons in heavy or light city and highway traffic, in all conditions, and following all rules and regulations in a productive (timely) manner. The Company will pay for the training of receiving a CDL./Passenger endorsement
Driver should have fundamental knowledge of SAM operations and related safety procedures, skill in performing routine operation of agency vehicles, ability to follow written and verbal instruction, ability to operate a bus within standard safety guidelines to insure public safety, good knowledge of the city, and ability to deal effectively and courteously with all customers and the public.

Floating Holidays Pay
All employees receive 5- floating holidays at the beginning of each year. (Example; January- march you earn 1 day. Floating holiday is available (must be approved) the first week of the last month of the quarter).

SICK PAY
6- Hours per month is the accumulative amount of hours you receive for sick pay. You may use up to 40 hrs. Personal time per year for any personal time off you desire.
Bonus Days
Employees may earn bonus days up to 4 per year/ 1 per quarter period. If you come to work on time every day you are scheduled to work, not call in sick for a quarter period, you receive a bonus day of 8hr per quarter period. You will receive an additional bonus day if you do not have a preventable accident after one full calendar year.

A Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements is preferred. If you do not have a CDL, we will train you to obtain one. You must be 21 or older, have a clean driving record and pass a criminal record check, DOT physical and drug / alcohol test. the company will sponsor CDL training.
