THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes within the bank.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in banking processes and systems, recommend enhancements, and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between departments and management, ensuring clear communication of business needs and solutions to all stakeholders.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business units to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for new projects, system enhancements, and process changes.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of banking projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, adhere to timelines, and comply with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or Related Field.
• 5+ Years of Financial / Business Analysis Experience
• Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL & Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong Communication Skills.
