We're on the hunt for a curious and driven Business Insights Data Analyst to join our growing data team! If SQL is your second language and turning messy data into smart, strategic insights gets you fired up, this might be your perfect next move. You'll help uncover the stories behind the numbers and turn them into clear, impactful insights that help shape big decisions across the business.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES -
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources using advanced SQL or Postgres queries.
- Design and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations, product) to understand business challenges and data needs.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for growth or efficiency.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and optimize existing reports and data pipelines for performance and accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS -
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong problem-solvig skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data modeling, A/B testing, or statistical analysis is a plus.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus but not required.
PREFERRED SKILLS -
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses
- Understanding of CRM, marketing or sales analytics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
