Home Instead – Mitchell Office

Home Instead’s Mitchell office is looking for an experienced, dependable caregiver to provide care for a specific client in Sioux Falls, SD. This is an opportunity for someone with previous caregiving experience who enjoys helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence in their own home.

Important: This position is specifically for a client located in Sioux Falls. Applicants must be willing and able to travel to Sioux Falls for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication and appointment reminders
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
• Follow the client's care plan and Home Instead policies

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is required
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Comfortable assisting clients with personal care and daily living needs
• Reliable transportation to Sioux Falls
• Ability to follow care instructions and communicate professionally with the office
