Job Requirements
Responsibilities
• Build and install residential decks, stairs, railings, and pergolas
• Read tape measures and follow construction plans
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Measure, cut, and install lumber and composite decking materials
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
• Construction or carpentry experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
