Customer Service:
- Greet all customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance with purchases and product inquiries
- Ability to establish and manage customer relationship
Sales & Register Operations:
- Efficiently operate the cash register and credit card machine
- Accurately handle cash and transactions
- Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and local events
Store Presentation:
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays
- Perform light cleaning duties, including dusting, cleaning windows, and mopping
Physical Tasks:
- Lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
- Remove trash and transport it to designated bins
- Use a ladder safely to reach high shelving areas
Professionalism & Communication:
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette
- Communicate clearly and positively with team members and customers
- Take initiative to complete tasks
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment!
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
