Role and Responsibilities

• Cash Handling Responsibilities
• Customer Service and servicing casino players
• Focuses primarily on customer interactions that includes ticket sales for guests of the casino.
• Other duties can include:
• Cashier assistance
• Cleaning Machines, Floors, Windows, etc.
• Assist with beer and Shake of the Day sales
• Special events
• Fundraising events!
• Assist with daily cleanliness of the facility to assure standards are met
• Work with a staff of 3-5 people
• Strong organizational Skills
• Must be able to take your knowledge of the operations and assist new players on the games and help assure they are having a great experience
• Must be able to work independently
• Offer great guest service creating a fun environment for seasoned players and new players alike
• Must be able to be on your feet 4-5 hours at a time and work 8-10 hours per day if needed
• Be able to lift 30 pounds
• Must have flexible scheduling to be available to cover all sessions Monday – Sunday
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Must have great communication skills
• Must be a team player

• Must have reliable transportation

  Qualifications and Education Requirements

• HS or GED
• Gaming experience preferred but not required
• We will train interested applicants
