CDL Driver Training Program 

L.G. Everist, Inc., founded in 1876 produces and supplies sand, gravel and quarried stone throughout the Midwest region of the United States.  If you’re ready to become a professional truck driver, this is where you start!

You will be paid while you learn.

JOB SUMMARY

You will be driving a Ready Mix truck. Our in-house Training Program will help you earn your Class B Commercial Driver’s License. Learn the skills for a job that will always be in-demand.  No over-the-road travel. Home every night. Good pay and benefits.

LOCATION

Sioux Falls, SD

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      Complete training program and assignments provided by the company.

2.      Drive and operate trucks.

3.      Follow GPS instructions and road maps.

4.      Pre-inspect truck.

5.      Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.

6.      Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy.

7.      Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

SCHEDULE

Full-time Monday - Friday, Saturdays as needed
