2+ years Chef or Kitchen Manager experience required:

· competitive compensation DOE $48,000 - $65,000 DOE

·      base pay - $42,000 - $50,000 year

·      bonus pay - paid monthly - $5,000 - 15,000 per year

General Job Description:

The Chef will operate the Heart of House operations efficiently and effectively according to Standards of Excellence and in line with the policies and procedures of the company.

The primary goal of the Chef is to ensure guest satisfaction by having a sharp, well-groomed staff prepare great food within the company standards, in a great working environment. The Chef is accountable for the operational performance of the restaurant and to ensure that all of BOH standards are met. The Chef is a support manager for the General Manager.
