This position is in an office setting and will not have the option for remote work.
Description: Chosen candidates have the ability to work flexible hours between 25 to 40 hours per week.
As a Caseworker you will assess financial and other criteria needed to determine eligibility for childcare assistance. You will help low-income families by obtaining records, reviewing, and verifying information to determine eligibility and provide ongoing case management for assistance with childcare costs. Child Care Assistance enables parents and caretakers to enter or remain in the work force or to begin and/or complete an educational program. As a Caseworker, you will also respond to public inquiries regarding Child Care Services; and follow rules, regulations, and policies to ensure appropriate assistance is provided in an effective and expedient manner.
