Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Associate to join our team at Loft Advisors Wealth Management in Sioux Falls. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our team, ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office and delivering exceptional service to clients. Hours include Monday-Friday 8-5.

Duties

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and establishing accounts.
  • Process and track client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update client information in internal systems.
  • Support financial planning through data entry and basic analysis.
  • Assist financial advisors with administrative tasks and client service needs.
  • Prepare materials for client review meetings and manage follow-up action items.
  • Educate clients on account services and available technology tools.
  • Review and refine workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Implement operational enhancements as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Professional and pleasant verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Reliability & Initiative: A dependable self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.

Education/Experience

  • College degree preferred;
  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred. Financial services industry experience is a bonus but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Upon hire, candidate will be expected to obtain the Series 7 and 66 licenses. We provide full support throughout the process, including covering all the exam fees and study materials to ensure your success.
