West River Mental Health is accepting applications for a Clinical Director of Pivot Point and SMI Services. This position will oversee and monitor all clinical programs of the company related to Pivot Point and SMI, leading the implementation of evidence-based practices which requires an eye for detail and direction as it relates to implementing policies and procedures related to compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and laws, ethics, quality assurance, and client services. The Clinical Director will work closely with the CFO to review all documents and other information that is relevant to quality assurance activities, such as client and billing contracts, and recommend necessary corrective action to the CEO. This person will also work closely with Human Resources to identify staffing needs and development as well as identify, implement, and promote staff training needs to comply with agency standards, licensing, and professional development.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined in SDCL 27A-1-3 and must have at least two years in a clinical mental health setting.
