Avera is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator - Cancer Research!
**This position will be based out of Pierre, SD but will need to train in Sioux Falls, SD for 3 months

Job Summary
- Responsible for coordinating assigned clinical research studies by performing diverse clinical, regulatory, and clerical responsibilities requiring analysis, judgment, and knowledge of clinical research.
- Facilitates clinical research studies with participants, staff, investigators, and sponsoring organizations.
- The coordinator works with patients and their families, beginning with evaluation and continuing through all required stages of the clinical trial, in a compassionate and professional manner in order to achieve excellence in patient care and fulfill protocol requirements.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university within the health and science field required.
- A minimum of two years clinical research experience, laboratory experience, or oncology transplant or hematology experience required.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, typically 8:00am-4:30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
