West River Mental Health is currently accepting applications for a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership for our Pivot Point Crisis Stabilization Program.

About the Position

The Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role within Pivot Point, providing clinical guidance, staff supervision, and support in a dynamic crisis stabilization environment. This position works closely with the Pivot Point team to promote safe, effective, person-centered care for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.

The Clinical Supervisor will provide direct supervision and support to clinical staff, help guide day-to-day clinical practices, and maintain a strong connection to client care. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced behavioral health professional who enjoys supporting others, developing a strong clinical team, and making a meaningful difference during some of the most challenging moments in a person's life.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative, compassionate, and supportive leader with strong clinical, assessment, and therapeutic skills. The ability to remain calm in a crisis environment, work effectively with a multidisciplinary team, and promote trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered care is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct clinical supervision, guidance, and support to Pivot Point staff
• Supporting staff in the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered crisis services
• Providing clinical consultation and support related to client needs, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention
• Maintaining appropriate clinical involvement and direct client care
• Supporting staff in managing complex clinical situations and behavioral health crises
• Promoting trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and strength-based approaches to care
• Identifying staff training and professional development needs
• Implementing training and development opportunities that support agency standards, licensing requirements, and best practices
• Partnering with agency leadership and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective services
• Supporting communication and collaboration among the Pivot Point team and other WRMH programs
• Promoting a positive, supportive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
• Helping ensure quality, consistency, and compliance within clinical practices
