Job Description

Summary The Cocktail Server serves alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the gaming and non-gaming areas of the Casino. Must be 18 years of age. Essential Functions •Provide exceptional guest service to all customers. •Must be able to stand for seven (7) consecutive hours. •Must be able to carry a full tray of drinks at up to 25lb. per tray. •Must have extensive beverage service knowledge. •Must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with Casino guests due to highly visible position. •Reports to shift supervisor in complete uniform. •Follows all service procedures decribed in the beverage manual. •Acknowledge guess with special privileges (ie.complimentary drinks) •Perform related tasks determined necessary by management.
