Collision Center Receptionist

Job Description

 If you have a passion for cars and helping people, even if you have no prior experience in automotive repair, we want to hear from you! We're looking for a Collision Center Receptionist who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 

As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers assisting them through the claims process and guiding them through the repair process. At Abra Auto Body & Glass, we are primarily dedicated to delivering the best customer satisfaction and we're looking for someone who shares our values.

Job Responsibilities:

• Screen and route written, electronic mail and telephone calls, both internal & external
• Set appointments, open and manage repair orders, create invoices and close them
• Create and manage files in our estimating system
• Assist customers with questions throughout the repair process
• Assist with Accounts Payables and Receivables for the department
• Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet customers as they enter the collision center
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail
• Flexible hours
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Professional appearance a must
• Friendly and courtesy disposition
