Traveling Agriculture / Commercial Concrete Foreman

WS Construction Management (established in 2008) is hiring for an immediate opening for a Traveling Agriculture / Commercial Concrete Foreman. We want you to grow with our company, with unlimited potential for advancement based on your contributions. You will independently manage construction sites and projects valued between $1,000,000 to $10,000,000.
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year + travel bonus + annual bonus tied to company performance.

401(k): 100% match up to 3% of salary, plus 50% match from 3-5%.

Vacation: 10 days per year.
Holidays: 8 days per year.
Travel Bonus Pay: Based on project distance from Sioux Falls, SD.
Sick Pay: 3 days per year.

Cell Phone: Paid plan or $50/month reimbursement.
Transportation: Company vehicle or equivalent.
Laptop: Provided for job use.
Expectations:
Day 1: Independently run a construction site.
90 Days: Communicate effectively with the team, owners, and subcontractors. Review contracts, read blueprints, and utilize construction software (Bluebeam, NAS, Clockify, Raken).
12 Months: Master project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and material ordering. Be proficient in decision-making and blueprint reading.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Site Supervision: Ensure compliance with safety, codes, and environmental laws.
Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts.
Quality Assurance: Ensure construction meets standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Be the main point of contact.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage construction teams.
Problem-Solving: Address issues related to delays, safety, and budgets.
Requirements:
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
10+ years in construction management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively to various project sites.
Working Conditions:
